Lorenc Group International, LLC was formed in 2001 as an executive search solutions and strategic consulting services company.  We offer a customized approach to each assignment.  We work with clients on either an individual assignment or multiple (project) assignment basis.  While our services primarily consist of retained executive search at the senior management level we also provide strategic consulting to the financial services arena.

Richard A. Lorenc, President, is a seasoned senior executive in the insurance and financial services industries.  Mr. Lorenc (Dick) has over 25 years of senior level management experience at companies such as Cigna Corporation, American International Group (AIG), Aetna International and International Netherlands Group (ING).  He has operated as President and Chief Executive Officer for various life insurance, pension and healthcare companies in a number of international locations including Europe, Latin America and Asia.  Mr. Lorenc has significant experience in building organizations in various emerging markets including Thailand, China, Chile, Brazil, new company start-ups in Ireland and various international divestitures.
