- Develop detailed position description

3. Development of Search Strategy
- Industry research
- Target company review
- Network research and database review
- Advertising
4. Candidate Contact and Development
- Initial screenings with summary feedback regarding candidate flow to client
5. Prospective Candidate Interviews
- Either face-to-face or video conference interviews
6. Candidate Reference Evaluations
- Discussions with candidate references prior to presentation to client
7. Finalist Candidate Presentations
- Written summaries for each candidate submitted in advance
- Meetings between candidates and client representatives
8. Candidate Evaluations Following Meetings
- Support client in evaluating candidates against position specifications and other candidates
9. Negotiation of Offer
- If desired, we serve as intermediary during offer discussions
- Provide resignation counseling to successful candidate
10. Follow-Up with Client and Successful Candidate
- Facilitate resolution of any outstanding issues
- Maintain ongoing relationship with both the candidate and client to assure a smooth transition
