Our Approach
Each retained executive search is managed utilizing a customized approach that is consistent with the varied requirements of the assignment.
The assignment begins with a meeting to discuss specific client needs. This meeting may be onsite and face to face with the principals engaging the search or via video conference or telephone. The overall objective is to assure and document a complete understanding so that an appropriate search plan can be developed. Through ongoing consultations it is our job to learn the needs, requirements, culture and preferences of the organization so that the best possible candidates can be sourced within the necessary time constraits provided.
The search process proceeds with significant candidate research utilizing a variety of resources and tools that are consistent with the specific needs as defined above. These include, industry contacts, target company/organizational review, various databases including our own and discrete advertising with the objective of obtaining the broadest reach possible. Once a long list of potential candidates is developed, comprehensive interviews are conducted to narrow the field to a short-list of candidates that are then presented to the hiring company.
